Through exchange programs and a wide spectrum of subject areas, TUM offers students many opportunities for an international experience abroad. Make use of these programs to advance academic profiles, improve language skills, boost career prospects, and get to know the region of Munich, Bavaria, and Germany!

In this database, coordinators and students from TUM partner universities will find an overview of included subject areas for an exchange application at TUM.

Please first select the country of the institution and then choose your university. If you click on the search button, the system will lead you to the cooperation details. Here, you find the name(s) of the program(s) TUM has with your institution and the subject areas that are included in the contract so you can nominate and apply for.

If your university does not appear in the database, there is no partnership with your university, and you can’t apply for an exchange as TUM does not accept Free Mover students.
